FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before buying — what you get, how printing works, and where to find things.

What exactly are the Still Here printables?

Each product is a print-ready PDF — a planner, journal, tracker or set of support cards designed for a specific moment in cancer treatment or caregiving. You print it yourself, at home or at a print shop, and use it on paper.

How do I receive my files?

Everything is an instant digital download through Etsy. After purchase, you'll get print-ready PDF files immediately — nothing is posted, and there's no wait.

What paper size do I need — A4 or US Letter?

Every printable includes both A4 and US Letter versions in the same file set, so it prints properly wherever you are. Use whichever matches your printer or local paper size.

How do I print it properly?

Print at 100% / Actual Size (not "fit to page") for the layout and margins to line up correctly. Standard printer paper works fine; cardstock is nice for the support cards if you'd like them sturdier. You can print as many copies as you like, at home or at a print shop, for your own personal use.

What can I use these files for? (Personal-use licence)

Still Here printables are for personal use — print and use them for yourself, or print a copy for someone you're supporting. The files themselves (digital or printed) aren't for resale, redistribution, or sharing as your own. If you're interested in a wholesale or custom arrangement, get in touch.

What's the difference between the printables and the books?

The printables are digital downloads you print yourself, available now through our Etsy shop. We're also producing a series of physical, bound Still Here journals for Amazon — same voice and visual system, printed and shipped to you. These are coming soon; we'll link to each one here as it launches.

Where do I actually buy Still Here products?

Printables are sold through our Etsy shop. Physical books and journals will be available on Amazon once they're live. We don't process payments directly on this website.

Is this a substitute for medical advice?

No. Still Here products are for personal organisation and reflection — a calmer way to hold onto details and process what you're going through. They are not medical advice and don't replace guidance from your care team. If you have a medical question or concern, please contact your doctor or care team directly.

I haven't started treatment yet — where should I start?

The Cancer Treatment Planner is the best place to start if you want one calm overview for treatment details, appointments, medications, questions and notes. If a scan is coming up, the Scan Day Journal may be more useful right now. You can also use "What do you need today?" on the homepage to find the closest fit.

Do you take custom or wholesale requests?

Occasionally. Get in touch with what you have in mind and we'll let you know if it's something we can do.
