Why we collect it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry — a question about an order, a product idea, or anything else you've reached out about.

How it's used and stored

Messages sent through this website are delivered to our email inbox so we can respond. We don't sell, rent or share your contact information with anyone else.

Etsy and Amazon

If you buy a Still Here product through Etsy, or through Amazon once our books are available there, that purchase — and any personal or payment information involved — is handled under Etsy's or Amazon's own privacy policy, not ours. We don't receive your payment details, and we only see what those platforms share with sellers to fulfil an order.

If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or you'd like it deleted, email hello@stillherepress.com and we'll sort it out.
